Women, we invite you to join us for a weekend of focused teaching and fellowship up north in Prescott! We look forward to growing as women of God, not only through the sessions taught by our guest speaker, but through time spent together over meals, in our cabins, during discussion times, and doing activities. There are lots of things to do at Camp Pinerock during free time. The schedule will also allow time for you to pursue quiet time for prayer or reading.
Our guest speaker is Cameron Dodd from Grace Bible Church in Tempe. Cameron and her husband, Matt, were missionaries in Papua New Guinea. Matt went home to Heaven in 2017 after a diagnosis of lung cancer. (NCC missionaries Ryan and Elna Mitchell took the Dodds’ place on the field in PNG.)

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I arrive on Friday?
Check-in will be from 4-6:45 pm. Dinner will not be provided, so please eat before you arrive or check in early and then head back to Prescott to grab dinner! The first session begins at 7 pm.
Will the church arrange carpooling?
We will not arrange carpooling; you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the Retreat. However, as we get closer to the Retreat, we will email out a list with the names and phone numbers of everyone registered so you can contact other ladies to discuss carpooling.
What are the sleeping accommodations like?
We are very excited about our first Retreat at Camp Pinerock! We will be staying in dorm-style lodge buildings with bunk beds. Some rooms sleep 3-4 women, and others sleep 6-8. There are plenty of shared restrooms and showers.
If you’re willing to pay extra for more comfortable accommodations, we have a limited number of upgraded cabins available. These cabins each have 1-2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room and typically sleep 2-5 women. If you’d like to upgrade for an additional $30, please select the room upgrade option on the form.
Will I get to pick who I share a room with?
We will assign rooms before the Retreat, but when you register, you can request up to three women you would like to share a room with! We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Is registration open to girls as well as women?
This Retreat is designed for women ages 18 and older. We especially want moms to be able to come and engage in fellowship and the sessions without having to simultaneously parent their daughters!
I want to come, but I’m not sure my baby is ready to spend a weekend away from me. Can I bring them?
If you have a baby who is still nursing, you are welcome to bring them with you! When you fill out the form, just let us know that you plan to bring a nursing baby. We will take that into consideration when we assign rooms.
Will Camp Pinerock be able to accommodate my food allergies and/or dietary restrictions?
Camp Pinerock requests that any guests with special dietary needs bring their own food. Before the Retreat, we will email the menu so you can determine what you can and cannot eat and supplement accordingly.
A substantial selection of cereal, fruit, and yogurt are provided at every breakfast and a full salad bar at every dinner. A refrigerator, freezer, and microwave are provided for guests to store and cook the items they choose to bring.
