Music
Music is an important element of our worship as a church, and our Music Ministry gives instrumentalists and vocalists the opportunity to serve at special events, in worship services, and/or with other ministries.

If you love singing, join the choir! We meet weekly to rehearse songs for Sunday services and special events.

The orchestra is utilized for special events, such as Resurrection Sunday and Sounds of Christmas.

Musicians and vocalists are scheduled to serve on a rotational basis.
Ministry Philosophy
God-centered, Christ-exalting music plays a necessary part in corporate worship. Songs that rehearse the character of God and His gracious redemptive acts inform our minds, stir our hearts, and provide a platform for us to lift our voices in engaging worship.
There are two aspects of congregational singing. The first is that we demonstrate obedience when we worship the Lord through song (Psalm 149:1). Singing the Lord’s praise is a command for believers to obey with joy! The second is that singing is about serving the Lord and one another through song (Colossians 3:16-17). The purpose of congregational singing is not to entertain, but to provide an opportunity for the saints to glorify God in gratitude and encourage one another in truth.
