Grab Your Gear and Let’s Go!
This year we’ll go on a “Campground Adventure” where we’ll study God’s “trail map,” the Bible! By the end of the week, we’ll discover that even when we fail God and others, God offers us forever forgiveness in Jesus. Join us as we study God’s Word, worship Him together, watch wacky skits, play crazy games, eat lip-smacking snacks, make cool crafts, and have a great time!
Miss the registration deadline? Come 20-30 minutes early on Monday morning to register your kids.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I register someone who is not my child?
That is between you and the child’s parents. Each registration form requires you to read and agree with NCC’s liability waiver as it pertains to the child you are registering, which can only be granted by the legal guardian.
What do I do if I need financial assistance or have a coupon?
These are considered special registrations and can be handled at the church office during office hours. These registrations will still be completed online. If money is an obstacle, please see our “Whatever-You-Can-Afford Policy.”
Where do I go first when showing up on Monday morning?
Monday mornings are always crazy with excitement as we prepare to kick-off a fun week with your kids, so please make sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early to help make that first day as easy as possible. When you arrive, locate the “Pre-Registered Kids” line that will be out on the patio. You will be given your child’s classroom assignment as well as one music CD per family that will include the songs your kids will be learning that week. From there you will take your child to his/her class to meet the teacher and get checked-in.
What are your check-in and check-out procedures?
Safety is a priority for us, and we want to make sure you feel comfortable leaving your kids in our care. For that reason we have established our check-in and check-out procedures for all our teachers and helpers to adhere to.
CHECK-IN
Please drop your kids off at their classrooms. Someone should be at the door to greet you and check your child in.
CHECK-OUT
When you fill out your child’s online registration form, you will have an opportunity to list two additional people to pick up your child for that week. Your child will only be released to you (the parent or guardian) or one of those two people. If someone comes to pick up your child that is not on that list, you will be contacted.
Can I change who has permission to pick up my child during the week?
Since our rosters are made from the information you submit on your child’s registration form, no changes will be made during the week to who can pick up your child. However, we understand that emergencies come up and we want to do our best to serve you in whatever way we can.
How is snack time handled for kids who have food allergies?
If your child has food allergies, we ask that you provide him/her with a substitute snack (non-perishable and labeled).
