Membership

A member of Northwest Community Church:

Has committed his/her life to Jesus Christ and desires to live for His honor and glory.
Has demonstrated their commitment to Christ through water baptism.
Is in agreement with the doctrinal statement of Northwest.
Is committed to living according to Northwest’s mission statement, which is to glorify God and make disciples of Jesus Christ by living and proclaiming His truth in the world.
Is willing to be held accountable for progression in the faith.
Is willing to contribute to the spiritual encouragement and development of others by means of time, abilities and possessions (both financial and material) in the measure that Christ has prospered the member.
Participates regularly in the life of the church, understanding that those who love God will also love those born of Him.
Understands and accepts church discipline in the life of the church and its participants.
