Scott Christmas

Senior Pastor

Scott has served as the Senior Pastor of Northwest Community Church since 2011. God, in His grace, saved Scott in 1988 following a serious car accident. Since 1990, he has served churches in pastoral ministry in Texas, California, and Illinois, including planting Grace Community Church in Jacksonville, FL. He has earned degrees from Criswell College (BA), The Master’s Seminary (MDiv), and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (DMin). In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Scott serves as a member of the faculty of The Expositors Seminary, where he has taught Hermeneutics, Homiletics, and Pastoral Leadership. Scott and his wife Heather have been married since 1992 and have four adult sons, four daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren.

Roy Agustin

Family Ministry Pastor

Roy has served at Northwest Community Church since 2016. The Lord began working in his heart at Grace Immanuel Bible Church in Jupiter, FL. Over time, Roy’s College & Career Pastor challenged his profession of faith and pointed him to the saving grace of the gospel. Roy graduated from The Expositors Seminary in 2015, and the following year he was hired to be the Student Ministry Director at Northwest. In 2024, he transitioned out of Student Ministry into the role of Family Ministry Pastor. Roy and his wife Leslie have been married since 2010 and have five children.

Scott Holmes

Executive Pastor

When Scott was a child, the Lord saved his parents, and they began reading the Bible to him at home and taking him to church. The Lord used these influences to save Scott at a young age. While living in California, he served as a deacon at Grace Community Church, where he taught classes and led several Bible studies. Scott began attending Northwest Community Church in 2013 and joined the Elder Board in 2016, serving as Chairman from 2021-2024. In 2024, he was brought on staff in the role of Executive Pastor. Scott and his wife Ruth have been married since 1995 and have four children, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren.

Zach Moore

Young Adults Pastor

Zach was blessed to grow up in a family steeped in a tradition of faith, but he didn’t truly become aware of his sin and desperate need of rescue until his junior year of high school. In 2008, he was hired to be the Student Ministries Pastor at Northwest Community Church and served in that role until 2015, when he transitioned into the role of Young Adults Pastor. Zach completed his MDiv at Phoenix Seminary in 2022. He and his wife Caitlin have been married since 2007 and have three children.

Derek Block

High School Ministry Director

Derek grew up in a Christian home and was raised attending a faithful church. There is not a time that he can remember where he did not profess belief in God and faith in Christ. However, it became clear to him in his late teens that his faith was not genuine and that he had not been truly born again and converted to Christ. He became aware of his guilty position before God and his need for rescue from divine punishment in a sermon series that his pastor was preaching through the book of Ephesians. In his late teens, he truly repented of his sin, trusted in Christ for salvation, and submitted to Jesus as Lord. Derek has earned degrees from Grand Canyon University (BA) and The Expositors Seminary (MDiv). He joined the staff at Northwest Community Church as the High School Ministry Director in 2025. Derek and his wife Heather have been married since 2006 and have three children.

Chris Regh

Middle School Ministry Director

Chris attended church most of his life and understood facts about Jesus Christ, but it wasn’t until 2014 that the Lord saved him. While serving in the Navy, he heard the gospel on the military base and responded by faith and with repentance. Chris began attending Northwest Community Church in 2016 and graduated from The Expositors Seminary in 2024. Less than one month later, he began his role on staff as Student Ministry Director. Chris and his wife Sara have been married since 2016 and have four children

Tyler Voas

Music Director

Tyler has served at Northwest Community Church since 2015. He came to Christ in 2005 when a friend shared the gospel with him at a family Thanksgiving dinner. A few years later, he accepted his first position leading worship at a small church. Tyler was originally hired at Northwest to serve as the Assistant Music Director, but officially transitioned into his current role as Music Director one year later. He is in the process of earning his MDiv from The Expositors Seminary. He and his wife Joy have been married since 2006 and have four children.
