Joanne grew up in a family that attended church regularly and she accepted Christ at an early age through the ministry of Billy Graham.  Joanne and her family have attended NCC since 1980 and she has volunteered in several areas over the years.  On staff since 2001, Joanne assists with preparations for Choir and Worship Team rehearsals and Sunday morning worship services.  Joanne and her husband, Kent, have been married since 1978 and are the parents of three grown children.  They also have three grandchildren.
