Miles grew up listening to his missionary parents share the gospel over and over on the islands of Barbados and Grenada.  As a result, at a young age Miles realized he was also a sinner and asked Jesus to forgive his sins and be his Savior.  Miles graduated from LeTourneau College in 1973 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management. Following early retirement from Honeywell Aerospace, Miles was asked to join the NCC staff in 2008.  His current responsibilities include operations, outreach, and adult ministries.  Miles and his wife, Terri, married in 1976 and have attended NCC since 1978.  Miles and Terri have three married children and several grandchildren.
