NCC Team

The Bible teaches servant leadership, and Jesus modeled that for all of us.  He told his disciples that he did not come to earth to be served but to serve others.  The NCC leadership team consists of many people who are committed to serving the Lord, serving each other, and serving YOU! 

We believe that the Bible teaches that the Church is to be led by a plurality of Elders who have demonstrated by their lives and testimony that they meet the Biblical qualifications for this role.  Some Elders are also Pastors.   

Pastors and Directors meet similar qualifications to the Elders.  They have been put on salary at NCC so that they can dedicate more of their time to serving in ministry than they could if they earned a living elsewhere.

Deacons support the smooth functioning of NCC by performing many vital tasks.  Similar to Elders, they must meet the specific Biblical qualifications for this office.

Our Support Staff and interns help with the day-to-day tasks necessary to accomplish the ministry of NCC.
