The Family Room

Throughout the year special elective classes about finances, parenting, and marriage are offered on Sunday mornings in The Family Room (E108) at 8:30 am.  Here we study God’s principles regarding the issues that are relevant for today’s families.  We also offer activities such as date nights and family nights in order to foster a greater fellowship & friendship.  No matter what season of life you are in, there is an elective designed for you.

FINANCES
In January we kick off the New Year with classes on how to best manage the resources God has given us according to His plan.  These classes use material that will guide you through many Biblical principles needed to understand your faith and finances as well as give practical help with personal application.

PARENTING
In the spring, we generally offer classes on how to be the Godly parents that God desires us to be in order to raise Godly children.  We will look at the Biblical responsibilities of parents, as well as the practical helps that parents need to cope with daily family living. 

MARRIAGE
Usually right after Labor Day we will kick off with a class for married and engaged couples.  Our desire is to equip both husband & wife with Biblical tools to grow in their devotion to Christ and to one another.
