Parenting

Parenting is not always the rewarding, stress-free dream we had when our children were first born.  Many things in our culture clamor for our children’s attention, not to mention the attention of the parents!  Is it even possible to raise a successful family anymore or is it inevitable that our children will walk away from the faith?  The parenting ministry at NCC wants to assure you that raising godly children in a sinful world is an attainable goal.  We are here to assist families by offering preventative and restorative guidance in the home, church, and community.  Our guidebook is the Word of God, which contains all we need for a solid foundation for the family.  Our parenting ministry is designed to come alongside parents to lovingly help produce multi-generational faithfulness to our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Age specific classes are offered throughout the year for parenting newborns, toddlers, elementary, pre-teens, and teenagers.
