Join us Sunday morning at 9 am upstairs in The Bunker (C204) to meet with other students (7th – 12th grade) for games, worship, and teaching from God’s Word.  Currently Zach Moore is going through the book of Acts.  Come check it out!

CAMP
Camps are held twice a year – one during the winter and one during the summer.  They provide an opportunity for students to get away from life’s routine and grow closer to God while building strong relationships with fellow students.  We usually stay at a camp facility for 2-4 nights up north to hang out, worship God through song, and learn through a series of teachings.

CAR WASH FUNDRAISER
Need a car wash?  You can get a $5 – $8 car wash at Paradise Car Wash Express (Southeast corner of 43rd Avenue and Bell) and help raise money for Student Ministries!  All you have to do is show up, get your car washed, and let the employees know that you’re with Northwest Community Church.  You will be given a token to put in a box marked with our church name.  At the end of each month for the rest of 2010, Zach will count all of our tokens, and Paradise Car Wash Express will give us $1 for each token!

FRY’S GIFT CARDS
To help offset the cost of students’ camp expenses, you can enroll in our Fry’s grocery fundraiser.  Purchase a $5 Fry’s gift card at the church and keep reloading it with the money you normally spend on groceries.  A percentage of every dollar put on your card comes back to the church and is put towards a student you designate.  This method has the potential to completely pay for someone to go to camp!

SWIM & STUDY
Since d-groups do not meet over the summer, Swim & Studies are a great way to stay connected!  We meet at different houses on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm to swim, hang out, and hear one of the leaders teach.

TEAM CHAOS
When you’re a young guy in junior high or high school, sometimes you just need to bond with other guys your age.  One way to meet this need during the school year is by participating in Team Chaos!  We invite 7th – 12th grade guys to meet with us the third Thursday of every month from 6:30 – 8 pm at NCC.  A short Bible study will be held, followed by a time of games and sports.
